Mud Hut Hotel Motel is located in Richmond in North Western Queensland.
Richmond has a population of approximately 600 people and is home to the World Famous Dinosaur Museum, Kronosaurus Korner. This is really worth a visit!
There are dig sites for fossils which can be booked through the Museum.
Richmond has a lovely man made lake, Lake Fred Tritton with BBQ facilities, both swimming and fishing in the lake is permitted, a golf course, tennis, basketball and netball courts free for use to the public and a heated public swimming pool.
